Welcome to the Clan MacDuff - Lakes States Region Website. The Clan MacDuff Society of America has been providing an avenue for Septs (family surnames associated with Clan MacDuff) to celebrate their Scottish heritage, culture and interests together for over 30 years.

There are eleven (11) Regions throughout the United States and Canada where "MacDuffs" can get involved in local meetings, Scottish Highland Games, and other Clan activities. The Lakes States Region represents Clan MacDuff over a  6-States area: Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Indiana.

Richard Cooper is the Vice Convener of The Clan MacDuff Society of America, and lives in Terre Haute, Indiana, with his wife, Barbara, who is also the Indiana State Convener. They have been actively involved in Clan MacDuff activities since 2003, and have represent Clan MacDuff at Scottish Highland Games and other Scottish events throughout the year.
